Rehabilitate cross-cuts — mud loading, drains, rail and track.
Titan Mining have specialised teams to rehabilitate cross cuts. Our crews load mud in the haulages and cross cut sections, grade and re-align tracks, and re-install drains, pumps, piping and drain columns.
Our Rail and Track Rehabilitation teams replace rails, sleepers and drains, rebuild bunt walls, and perform rail maintenance and ballasting.
We measure and manufacture step-up fish plates to correct horizontal alignment, with pre-stressed sleeper support fitting beneath the fish plate joint for additional support. Rail shims are manufactured to correct gaps between rails at joints.
